1.    Identify 03 factors that influence the achievement of quality in case study.

2.    Analyse how these factors influence in achieving quality service in the organisation related to case study (analyse each in separate paragraph).

3.3       Suggest ways in which the health and social care service could improve its quality

1.    Identify 3-4 problems issues from the organisation in case study. Suggest resolving the identified problems and improving the quality. You must justify your suggestions (write each in separate paragraph).

4.1       Evaluate methods for evaluating health and social care service quality with regard to external and internal perspectives.

1.    Explain your understanding of evaluation and its importance to improve quality in HSC.
2.    Identify any 3 methods for evaluating quality of health and social care in regards to internal (Use the organisation in case study) and external (CQC).

4.2 Discuss the impact that involving users of services in the Evaluation process has on service quality.

1.    Explain the advantages and disadvantages of involving service users in the evaluation process in the organisation related to case study. Conclude your answer with suggestions to improvement of quality.
